On the other hand HR professionals play a crucial role in the success of organizations. How to be continuously involved in strategy? How to become an impact of change? In the second session: “HR as a Hotspot in the Organization”, Dr. Amr Salem, HR Director, Beyti, will address this topic.

AHRA (Alexandria Human Resources Association) is working on developing HR professionals in the region with its up-to-date sessions. It is a hub for HRs to communicate and create new projects. However, these sessions are not only available for HRs since human resources became vital for any business, for employee development and for line-managers as well.
