When you listen to Egyptians talking about any dilemma, usually you will find them tracing the problem and reaching a conclusion that the education system is the main reason behind it. As HRs we deal with this problem via training the employees. However the word “training” is not only related to HR. In the end everyone needs training, and everyone needs to learn. At some point of our lives each person of us will be asked to teach, coach, train, or whatever you want to call it, whether as a school teacher, as a parent, as an instructor, as a manager, or as a certified trainer.
