For the following question you have to find a link for each and every employee whether:-
1. It is direct or indirect.
OR
2. It has high or low percentage.
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving the Organizational Goals?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving his/her Departmental Goals?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving the other Department’s Goals?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving Customer Satisfaction?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving Customer Loyalty?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in achieving Customer Retention?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in maintaining Competitive Position and Competitive Advantage?
- Could you determine your employee contribution percentage in developing your products and services?
