With the blooming of tens of HR conferences worldwide; topics like “Employee Happiness” and “Employee Engagement” are widely discussed in each and every one. However, the funny thing is that in many conferences the speakers talk about “engagement” while they are not able to keep the audience engaged.
In the 11th Human Capital Forum MENA, the conference was full of dynamic activities, games and unexpected speeches. There was an unexpected Yoga session, there was a challenge for the most sociable person, there were competitions and workshops, and there were games like Foosball and gifts.
The brilliant organizers of the conference succeeded into taking “Engagement” from a “theoretical” aspect into a “practical” one, and this is the best way to deliver a message. After all, speaking metaphors is the language of human beings.
