What is the HR Leaders Conference about?

It is an annual conference organized by “informa” that has been held in different MENA countries such as Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and mainly Dubai. This is the seventh year of informa providing such events to the HR world in-partnership with JOBMASTER, and this is the first time for the international conference to be held in Egypt. It will take place in Fairmont Heliopolis Hotel, Cairo on the 14th up to the 17th of March 2016.

But before any conference, one should list all the gained benefits, and how they can affect his or her short-term/long-term goals. Another thing that can be done, is listing how YOU will add benefit to the event with your participation, and how your fingerprint will make a difference.

Below are some of the benefits for attending the HR Leaders Event:

1- Break the Routine & Learn

As an HR director, an entrepreneur, or a business owner, you are continuously overwhelmed with work, routine, solving problems and research. When one’s mind is troubled, it is always advised that this person should meditate, and then will be able to see things clearly and see what is behind the problems. HR Leaders conference will be your routine-breaker & meditation. There you will find a way out of your daily work stress, you will be exposed to different energies, you will attend workshops and masterclasses, you will go beyond your problems and be empowered by new knowledge and people, and last but not least you will become a more powerful HR person.

2- Act as a PR agent to your Organization

It is a chance to put yourself in your PR’s shoes, and see the world from his or her eyes. An HRian is more than someone only acting as HR, but someone who is multi-talented and cares about the organization same as its people. Your organization will be even prouder of your achievements. Eventually, all employees should act as PR agents to their organizations.

3- Stay Up-to-date

Reading a new article or a recently published book is not the only thing that would keep us up-to-date. But reading people is. Glorious speakers from very diverse cultures and organizations will be present all for one major common goal; act as a change agent and inspire MENA region for a greater HR future.

4- Brand Yourself

5

With the awareness towards human capital, and the importance of talent, no matter how one can be successful but we should always work on branding ourselves. Branding is like learning, like giving, and like success, it has no limits. Sometimes a strong organizational brand gives a strong image to its employees, but with the new business world order it’s the people who brand themselves thus give a strong image to their organization.

5- Make New Friends

I know one is used to always think practical, but enjoying your time, making new friends, and building new connections is always a perfect way to keep us mentally healthy.

6

6- Analyze HR Market

To benchmark your personal and organizational HR achievements and strategy one should be always involved in the HR market. Comparing figures together is a method of bench-marking, however comparing minds and the making of a plan is another smart yet uncommon method of bench-marking.
