Women Talent Connect, a UAE based consultancy was formed in 2017, with an agenda to bridge the gender diversity gap in the workplace by helping organisations to hire the right female candidates in critical roles.
Gender Diversity benefits corporations in several ways, and there have been innumerable studies to prove the benefits of equality and diversity in the workplace; especially, in the fields of Leadership and STEM disciplines where women are most under represented. According to a well known consultancy McKinsey & Co., organizations with a gender diverse workforce perform 15% better than their competition.
Whilst Recruitment is the core business of Women Talent Connect, the team has also prioritized the concept of giving back to the community through regular events & workshops to support women. The intention is to bring women together to upskill, collaborate, share experiences and inspire each other.
