In the process of spreading the coaching culture in the UAE and empowering leaders, Thrive Consulting is hosting Executive Coach B.J. Radomski to conduct the (Group & Team Coaching Training Program) on December 10-12, 2018.

Why Group & Team Coaching?

Most executive and pivotal jobs now contain project management, leadership, mentoring, people management and influencing skills. At the same time, many people leave organizations because lack of engagement and proper communication. Today’s management is more about team results rather than the individual.

Every business is, by definition, a group. Therefore, the success of every business is dependent upon the effectiveness of how people “group” then move into becoming a team and forcefully thrive.

Individuals have lots of potentials to be identified, developed, and unleashed. The same is true of groups. It is true of most organizational boards, departments, corporations; it is even true of families.

Leading thinkers in organizational development, management, leadership, coaching, and business have noted for years that most groups inside of organizations are not only not producing their highest and best—they are more likely dysfunctional than not.

Groups of people not only have all of the untapped potentials within each of the individuals that make up the group, they also have the potentials that could potentially come together to create more intelligence, more productivity, more learning, higher level performance and spirit than merely the sum of the individual parts. In fact, groups are operating at a level lower than the combination of the parts where 1+1+1 is 2 or less rather than operating at a level that is higher than the total of the individual contributions where 1+1+1 is 5 or even more.
