Over the years, Ooredoo Oman has sought to develop and nurture female leaders in Oman by spearheading and supporting several initiatives dedicated at closing the gender-based work gap and enhancing socioeconomic development.

Training and development programs are a key part of this commitment, and a reflection of Ooredoo’s efforts to making a meaningful and tangible impact to the growth and development of Oman’s economy and fostering female entrepreneurship and businesses.

‘Ooredoo Goodwill’, encompassing the women’s incubator programs, is Ooredoo Oman’s CSR platform. While there are many aspects to Ooredoo Goodwill, the incubator programs demonstrate the company’s commitment to the community and are designed to support women in their personal growth, entrepreneurial empowerment and education, and overall, make a difference to society and the economy. Today, there are a total of 16 incubators that have benefited more than 4,000 women.
