Stevie Award winning Case Study:
Our aim was to understand what was happening in customers’ mind to a B2B product and provide valuable insights to our clients. With EEG and eye tracking devices, we measured the participants’ motivation, emotional engagement, attention and stress situations. We also supported our research with traditional methods like questionnaires and one-to-one interviews as a complement to our research. Thus, we achieved more reliable results.
We simulated the business life of IT executives who face many risks every day and cannot compromise business continuity with a number of game scenarios. We prepared a natural presentation and meeting environment. While they were watching presentations and participating in task, we were able to see how IT managers responded to uncertainty, management difficulties, their approach to traditional IT architecture, their response to happiness and the presentation of hyper-integrated IT architecture by monitoring their brainwaves and attention levels.
