Brief Biography about the Winning Organization:

Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank was established in 1989 as a “finance” company with a interest-free banking principle. Kuveyt Türk, which effectively combines a large number of distinguished products and services with its customers, contributes to the economy and is a pioneer in its sector. Kuveyt Türk is a pioneer in the development of participation banking instruments and offers many innovations to its customers. The first R & D centre of the banking sector in Turkey founded in 2010 by Kuveyt Türk. Today, Kuveyt Turk has three R & D centers in Turkey has the title of one bank. Among the projects developed by the bank, which has implemented technology-oriented, innovative products and services in its R&D centers, is the XTM Branch, which is a world-first video call and self-service transactions. Also, R&D studies and digital transformation have progressed together. Kuveyt Türk determined the slogan of digital transformation as “Our route is digital; our focus is human”. With the digital transformation of Kuveyt Türk, the transition from product-oriented to customer-oriented, process-oriented and experience-oriented.

First, members of internal communication team is responsible for different sectors. Each member assists communication processes of the related departments. The fact that we have divided our communication processes into sections is another topic that makes us stand out. Every company that targets the correct communication process should plan the communication stages and be able to make customized communication.

We gathered all the communication activities (administrative services, corporate communication) under one umbrella. We built a shared and common policy for internal communication.

We continue our communication activities from three channels. Mobile application, banking system BOA and e-mails. Thanks to the division of communication, we can also differentiate our language according to the channel we use. We can prepare special contents according to the audience we address.

We prioritize digital communication. Our mobile application differs from the market since we added many functions. We produce contents that we can reach for each of our employees; employee stories and interviews with our colleagues. We celebrate birthdays automatically and share with all staff, we share appropriate content on special occasions. We are with them not only in good times but also in hard times and we convey our support messages. In addition to the individual user, there are special areas where each department can share news about their processes. This strengthens the relation between Head Office and Branches.

BOA provides a special platform for branch employees to reach the related news and information quickly through the specialized pages for each branch sector.
