Presenting the Egyptian labor market in a narrow scale with its mechanism tools of supply of job seekers and demand of employers.

Filling the gap between what students and fresh graduates expect employers need and what they actually do, and what experienced candidates current skill set and the desired one, the thing that gives them a road map how they can improve themselves in order to get hired.

Giving job seekers an opportunity to meet with multiple company representatives who are normally hard to reach on the same day, meet them in a less formal place, and to build self-confidence and making better first impression through practicing more comfortable of two minutes interview.

Offering employers an opportunity to generate a large number of prospects in a short period of time, and providing a mechanism for conducting initial screening of those prospects.

Giving employers the chance to directly interface and analyze the quality of the job seekers, the thing that will help them in determining the salaries and putting the training strategies.

These were some of the main objectives that Jobzella corporation was seeking to achieve through lunching its first employment fair that took place on the 3rd of December 2016, located in the Greek Campus, down town, Cairo. The fair hosted more than 40 local and multinational companies operating in Egypt and the Gulf region, and had been attended by approximately 2000 job seeker.

The job seekers had the opportunity to network with around 200 company representatives, offering career opportunities in various industries, including banking and finance, legal affairs, engineering, fast moving consumer goods, retail, marketing and advertising,transportation and shipping, and information technology.

Simply Jobzella’s first employment fair has played an important role in facilitating the transition of students who were seeking internships and fresh graduates who were seeking job vacancies   from the university life to the labor market through contributing to their career planning process, equipping them with the required job search skills, andgenerating internship and job opportunities for both fresh and experienced job seekers.
