 “Follow your passion with safety…”

Honey Sandhu

1) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: As a top 10 Stunt rider in India, how do you feel about it? And how do you renew your passion towards what you do?

Honey Sandhu: I feel proud when my fans come to me for my autograph. This is my real success. I feel like I am on the 7th sky on that time. Being closer to my fans “my customers” and feeling their happiness is my motive to improve my abilities and renew my passion.

2) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: Starting from street racing and stunting, you own a group which works for KTM bikes in India. For all this achievement how much loses have you bore? And how do you improve your performance afterwards?

Honey Sandhu: In the stunting business you must always learn and master new moves. Most of the time I tried that and I didn’t succeed. My bike was damaged several times. I always repaired it by myself, as in this business and in any other business one must learn to undo mistakes by his/her own. When failure increased at some point I lost my temper, but in the end I am thankful to the number of times I had to fix my bike by my own, learn to try again with less error, and eventually this struggle made me learn a lot of interesting moves, which my fans in the end loved.

3) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: You have your own team of riders, how do you “manage” all the stunt men/women during the ride?

Honey Sandhu: I always motivate my riders. I have faith in teamwork. We always have to keep an eye on one another. Safety is first priority for all of us, and we all use safety jackets, gloves, helmets and safety gears.

4) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: What do you prefer? Performing the stunts alone or within a group? Does each need different skills?

Honey Sandhu: Keeping my faith in teamwork and as a sportsman I love to do it on my own sometimes. Yes skills are bit different in both. In a group you are responsible for everyone, but alone you are only responsible for yourself.

5) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: Do you think you can use this talent for other projects or ideas? Do you want to share your ideas or future plans?

Honey Sandhu: I used my talent in different projects like video clips and in movies as well. My future plan is to use my talent in Hollywood movies and the stunt show.

6) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: Using your current talents, if you were a corporate manager, how would you make the working place more fun?

Honey Sandhu: With some fun sports activities, for example I would want to place a racing track at my workplace with safety procedures of course, for entertaining my workers. I will love to do it with the help of the employees.

7) HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: What message do you want to give to your followers and fans as doing these stunts is a little risky?

Honey Sandhu: I always say that please do not try these stunts without professional training and safety and on roads and in traffic areas and follow your passion with safety.

HR Revolution Middle East Magazine: Thank you so much for this interview.
