We as humans: we were created to stay together, to help each other and to be social.

Sometimes we do really lose the point in our life; we really do. We forget that being nice to people doesn’t really cost a penny.

Meaning, best things in life are given for free, and you cannot buy them even if you are the richest person or even if you want to.

In fact, life nowadays is going in a commercial way, which means that sometimes you need to be very formal, and “you’re not being you” just to get something.

For example, nowadays life is hard to live economically; thus, to get a job with a good salary is even harder. In order to get the job before somebody else does, you need to show your qualities and of course to be really formal. Why? This is because being formal will give the look that you are responsible, and that you can do your work without justifications.

But there is no problem with being formal. I myself would prefer being formal to show my responsible side, which is the side that shows how I take things seriously and also shows my psychological strength.

Although being formal can be great while searching for a job, it will not be so good to use it with your close friends and family.

Finally, formality or informality, just be you, not someone you are supposed to be.
