Creative Industry Summit Kicks Off from Cairo in April

Great Participant Interest at the Summit Following the Great Success over the Last Two Years

The Summit Aims to Enrich Creative Thinking and Provide Participants with the Required Expertise to Develop their Businesses

Cairo – March 13, 2016 – Following the great success it has achieved over the past two years, Creative Industry Summit kicks off in Cairo next month.  The summit focuses on the latest developments in business and creative fields such as advertising, marketing and design, with the participation of experts from foreign and Arab countries as well as the Egyptian market to shed light on their projects and the creative industry in their country, in addition to the challenges they have faced and how they overcame them.

Creative Industry Summit, organized by Idea Bakers and The Worx, the leaders in event organizing and e-marketing, aims to enrich the creative thinking of participants and provide training to those working in these fields to create cadres with creative and innovative thinking capable of developing their industries and keeping pace with the rapid developments in their fields.

The summit’s agenda includes a number of talks, workshops and panel discussions with the participation of decision-makers, experts in various fields and representatives of large companies.  The summit’s agenda prioritizes the future of creativity in Egypt and the region, in addition to focusing on the success stories of participants, particularly youth.

Founding Partner of Creative Industry Summit, Amr Ashraf stated, “The summit is the first of its kind in Egypt and the Middle East.  It aims to discuss the most important developments in the creative industry, prepare participants for these developments and enable them to benefit their businesses.”

Creative Industry Summit is attended by representatives from advertising, marketing and public relations agencies, as well as marketing and advertising managers, entrepreneurs, business owners and fresh graduates from creative fields. The first summit was launched in June 2014 at the American University in Cairo and achieved great success. Accordingly, its founders decided to hold the summit on an annual basis in April to discuss business innovation, in addition to a special event held every September to discuss creative ideas in advertising, drama and e-marketing campaigns during the month of Ramadan, the busiest season for the creative industries.
