The Foundation Certificate in People Practice offers a new route into the people profession for Arabic speakers.
The CIPD is delighted to announce the launch of its Foundation Certificate in People Practice qualification in Arabic. The launch marks a significant milestone because this is the first time the CIPD has offered the qualification in a language other than English.
The CIPD supports GCC countries’ ambitious targets and visions to achieve their economic, social, and cultural diversification goals. Nationalisation and human capital development are fundamental to driving these ambitious targets.
The Foundation Certificate in People Practice is an ideal starting point for individuals aspiring to begin a rewarding career journey in HR, learning and development, or organisation design with confidence and competence and can now be completed in Arabic.
The CIPD has carefully selected some distinguished study centres renowned for their expertise, to deliver the Arabic-language qualification in the region. These centres have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and align with the CIPD’s mission to champion better work and working lives by empowering professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in people management and development.
