The HRCI has always paved the road for nurturing a professional community for HR professionals worldwide where each one can contribute effectively to play a unique role to enrich this mission and build on it.

One of our most important responsibilities as HRCI ambassadors is to help everyone to know how he can fit in differently in supporting this mission, and especially the Educational Institutions and Training Organizations who can support the HRCI mission by providing valuable content for their HR students through their learning initiatives, courses, and workshops.

I’ve written this article with the intention to facilitate for each learning organization how they can contribute as efficient partners to the HRCI mission by either becoming an Approved Provider (AP) and/or Certification Provider (CP), and how this would enrich their valuable programs.

HRCI has facilitated the process for the HR Educational Institutions, as part of their mission to enrich the HR Knowledge & Learning provided internationally in different HR Communities

Don’t hesitate to take a step forward in letting your institute/training agency/academy become an AP or CPP, and start contributing to shaping a better future for the HR profession in your community.

In addition, HRCI has a specific program for higher academic institutions that provide HR degrees in colleges and universities. To learn more about the Curriculum Alignment program visit the Higher Education Network site on the hrci.org website.
