In Egypt and elsewhere, leaders are in a continuous search for self-development and collaboration. Hot business trends as entrepreneurship and leadership and interpreted differently according to generations. Momentum’16 – a conference organized by AIESEC – is launched this year to inspire not entirely the youth, but different generations, with the power of the new leadership standards. The conference will take place in the Cataract Pyramids Resort on the following days: 21, 22, 23 of April 2016.
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. It is a nonpolitical, independent not for profit organization run by students and recent graduates its members are interested in world issues leadership and management.
Momentum’15 had 500+ attendees and took place in Oasis Hotel. Momentum as a national conference is done in order to gather all the branches of AIESEC in EGYPT together for:
-Working on solving global issues such as education, environment, health and culture through prepared sessions.
-Taking part in workshops and showing the importance of cultural exchange between nations and youth.
-Developing leadership skills and promoting peace.
-Initiating for developing community and the responsibility of individuals towards it.
-Reviving tourism in Egypt through volunteer youth projects.
