The Compensation and Benefits Forum by Informa, took place on 29th – 30th October 19, at Crowne Plaza, RDC Hotel and Convention Riyadh, KSA, with the theme of “Developing Total Rewards to Engage, Attract, and Retain Top Talent in KSA”.

The event was attended by more than 50 HR Professionals from different organizations and industries in KSA.

The Compensation and Benefits KSA Forum showed case & best practice strategies for engaging, retaining and attracting top talent in KSA aiming to realise KSA’s 2030 vision.

The event day one started with an amazing case study shared by Mr. Fayez Al Shehri (Senior Mgr., Strategy & Market Intelligence – SABIC) about “Driving Business Performance through variable pay, short, and long term incentives”.

Another inspiring model was shared after that by Mr. Nasser Al Humaid (CHRO- Saudi Arabia), about the Quality of life Program, and how to apply quality of life at workplace.

Attendees were showed later on a very important presentation about “Applying AI to Total Rewards” presented by Mr. Rohit Manucha (Head of HR –Aujan Coca- Cola Beverages Company ), showing case of auto mating job evaluation, and using it to build organization for the future.

Days 1 & 2 were invested by different presentations presented by Mr. Robert Mosley about “Pay Trends in KSA” , “Nationalization & Compensation”, and  “Agile Pay”

The event included an exhibition showing case of rewards solutions to KSA’s HR Professionals.

Three workshops led by the Global Remuneration Expert & HR Consultant/ CEO of Lemon Pip Consulting Limited, including: Workshop A, The Future of Performance Management and Appraisals Workshop B, Advanced pay-for-performance workshop, took place on the 27th of October 19,  and Workshop C, Total Remuneration Design Workshop, took place on 31st of October 19.
