HR Revolution Middle East has the pleasure to announce the news that ICF Egypt won a recognition award as a high performing chapter in 2018 for the second year in a row during an awards banquet at the 2019 ICF Global Leaders Forum in Dublin, Ireland.
The award was received by ICF Board Members “Hoda El Beih” Public Relations Director and “Lara Atallah” Marketing Director on the 22nd of March 2019, during the Global Leadership Forum held in Dublin, Ireland.
This recognition comes after evaluating the annual chapter activity reports according to ICF’s criteria for high-performing chapters; which have tremendously indicated the great efforts exerted.
Shahira Rifaat, President, ICF Egypt indicated: “ICF Egypt Chapter was established in October 2015, and in less than 3 years we have succeeded as a team to establish a strong foundation for the Chapter, building a credentialed community of coaches that are helping us locally to spread awareness of coaching. We managed to increase our membership base by more than 500% over 3 years. We have successfully increased the number of our credentialed coaches by 80% in less than 1 year. We are proud to announce that ICF Egypt Chapter was the only Chapter in the Middle East to be acknowledged as a high-performing Chapter among 80 countries for 2 years in a row, once in Vancouver 2018, and now in Dublin 2019. We are blessed to have a truly dedicated and committed team at ICF Egypt Chapter,”
“It was the collective efforts of ICF Egypt Members, Committee Members, and 2018 Board of Directors whose valuable contributions, dedication and hard work made this Global Chapter Recognition possible”, said Hoda El Beih, PR Director, ICF Egypt.
HR Revolution Middle East Team sends ICF Egypt Chapter sincere congratulations for this amazing achievement and wishes them best of luck.
The award symbolizes the reward of teamwork and continuous persistence in all Egyptian Organizations.
